This one-person business offers home cooking, party catering and everyday meal preparation. The party service covers menu planning, preparing the food and serving it during the event. The everyday meal service provides weekly-style meals, snacks and side dishes, all made from scratch. There is a salad menu and a buffet menu whose mains include cured or grilled rainbow trout and roast beef.
It suits small family parties and company events of up to about 30 people, and ready-made party menus are available for orders of at least 20. The menus include delivery within 10 km of its base in Koivistonkylä and setting up the food at the venue. Coffee break orders can be picked up or delivered for an extra charge. Dishes are labelled vegetarian, vegan, lactose-free or gluten-free, and home cooking and serving qualifies for the Finnish household tax deduction.
