Care follows a personal care and service plan agreed with each client. For hygiene reasons, cleaners use the client's own equipment. Family carer respite vouchers are accepted, and invoices can be sent as an emailed PDF or on paper. Eligible home care and cleaning may qualify for the Finnish household tax deduction.
