It works on standard bikes and e-bikes alike, with basic, half and full service packages and suspension servicing for RockShox and Fox, and staff can make a missing part themselves if needed.
Kona and Crescent bikes are on sale for test rides, along with parts and accessories, and skates are sharpened and skis waxed. Bikes can be dropped off at any time or booked in. Paid pickup and return in the Tampere area are arranged by phone, and payments can be spread with SVEA financing or a Resurs Bank bicycle account. The entrance is not wheelchair accessible.
