This Tampere-based online garden shop specialises in thuja, mainly the hedge varieties 'Smaragd' and 'Brabant', sold as hedge packages or ready-made hedge elements. Shrubs, conifers, turf, soil, stone, pots and tools are also on offer. Plant importing goes back more than 60 years and three generations of the Van Woerdin family, and plants come from over 400 nurseries through Twenthe Plant in Hengelo, the Netherlands.
Orders are placed online, with calculators on the site for estimating quantities of plants, turf, soil and mulch. Home delivery takes at least three days, and plant orders have a minimum value. The company also hauls soil and aggregate, does landscaping and rents out equipment.
