This underground car park runs beneath Hämeenkatu in central Tampere, from the edge of Tullintori to the Hämeensilta bridge, with seven lifts up to street level. It has 972 spaces for cars, motorcycles and mopeds, but no trailers, and a height limit of 2.30 m. Level P1 has 39 Plugit EV charging points, four of them 180 kW CCS fast chargers, and a hand car wash.
Parking is ticketless and starts automatically when your number plate is recognised. Pedestrian doors open with a code from the Moovy app or via the QR code beside the door. Routes are step-free and accessible spaces are on level P1, though disabled permit holders also pay. There are no toilets.
