This 24-hour multi-storey car park serves the Tullintori shopping centre in Tampere and has 495 spaces, including 16 EV charging points (Type 2, 22 kW) on the upper level. Parking is ticketless and starts automatically when your number plate is read. The height limit is 2.20 m, and cars, motorcycles and microcars are allowed, but trailers are not.
There are entrances from three streets, and the upper level has step-free access to the shopping centre, unlike the lower level. You pay by card or with the Moovy app, and if the doors are locked at night, the PIN code is in the app. Contract parking is available, and time-limited parking can be bought in advance from Finnpark's online shop.
