Operating since 2003, this Tampere construction company handles new builds, major renovations and design-build (KVR) contracts, and also builds commercial premises and homes for sale. It specialises in technically demanding cast-in-place concrete structures and the renovation of protected buildings, including some protected by the Finnish Heritage Agency. It received the City of Tampere's Good Building Award in 2011, 2012 and 2023, and the Kestävä Kivitalo award in 2024 for the Pyynikin Trikoo project.
The company also works as a main contractor and has its own building services department. It belongs to the Luotettava Kumppani (Reliable Partner) network and holds RALA certification.
