Run by the Lielahden Kipinä club, this sauna and swimming spot at the tip of a headland in Tampere offers swimming in both summer and winter. Men and women have separate changing rooms and washrooms, and the sauna is shared. Only lake water is available, so bring your own drinking water.
A sauna session lasts an hour and a half in total. In winter the path to the ice hole is gritted, and swimming shoes are recommended. Swimwear is required in public areas. Payment is by card only, and Edenred and Epassi are accepted. The premises can be hired for private events, with the sauna for at least two hours or without it; book by phone or text, not via Facebook. The entrance is step-free.
