This social enterprise helps people in disadvantaged labour market positions find employment. Its workshops combine guided practical assignments with vocational learning, including the opportunity to complete parts of vocational qualifications. Services also include guidance, rehabilitation and outreach youth work.
Activities are organised by target group. The association participates in the national Social Enterprise Competence Centre, where it focuses on employment for people with partial work capacity and others facing labour market barriers. It has held the Finnish Social Enterprise Mark since 2015.
