This Tampere association belongs to the 4H youth organisation, and children, young people, families and adults who support its values can join. It runs hobbyhorse, cooking, and film and comics clubs, and offers training for club instructors, fly-tying courses and a 'driving licence for working life' course. Young people aged 13–28 can run a small 4H business of their own.
Allotment plots are available in several parts of the city, and through the 4H Dogsitter service dog owners can order a list of dogsitters. The 4H Business Lab helps young people with business plans and getting a business ID. You can join online, and club instructors and summer workers are also recruited.
