This local trade union association represents members' interests and organises training and events. Its more than 2,500 members work mainly in early childhood education, basic education and office roles, as well as at Pirkanmaan Voima.
Activities are arranged with other associations in the joint organisation. An annual Christmas circus performance is organised for the joint organisation's members. There is also a work wellbeing evening for members in catering, cleaning, social care and healthcare.
