This Tampere office campus rents flexible workspaces to companies and is one of the operator's three campuses in the city. The HUB small-office area has 42 offices for teams of up to 16 people, with shared services. There are meeting rooms, including the Aava VIP room with its own sauna, plus a lounge, a gym with changing rooms and showers, and a reception with security. The campus is LEED Gold certified.
The railway station and tram and bus stops are close by, and there is car and bike parking; the car park and entrance are accessible. The on-site restaurant provides catering, and a 24/7 take-away point sells food to go.
