Set in the courtyard of the Pharmacy Museum and Qwensel House by the Aura River in Turku, this café has an 18th-century-style setting, a garden for coffee and cake, and an indoor room. Its website calls it Turku's oldest café setting. Sweet and savoury pastries are baked in-house, without sparing butter and sugar.
Afternoon tea is served, and groups of 6 to 12 can book a 1.5-hour guided package, Viuhka käy teekutsuilla, with early 19th-century etiquette and treats. It is booked by email. Gift cards are available, and changes to opening days are announced on social media. The entrance and seating are step-free.
