This Turku foundation builds, renovates, rents out and maintains student housing. It has around 5,000 flats for about 7,000 residents at 17 sites across the city, has been operating since the 1960s and is a non-profit organisation.
Applications are made online, and the website lists available flats, presents each property and shows 3D images of the flats. Residents can report faults, use 24Rent shared cars and get housing advice, and resident activities are organised too. The website is in Finnish, English and Swedish, with a section for exchange students. The car park and entrance are accessible.
