This small cut-flower farm on Ruissalo island in Turku grows seasonal local flowers in tune with nature's rhythm, following the Slow Flowers approach. Since 2023 flowers have also been grown on the roof of the Hansakortteli block in the city centre. The farm hosts workshops such as midsummer wreath, local-flower bouquet and dried-flower sessions, and groups can request their own.
In summer and early autumn you can pick outdoor-grown flowers in the garden and take them home loose or tied into a bouquet. A self-service kiosk at the start of the sandy road sells bouquets made daily. Workshops and picking are booked online. It is suitable for children, cards are accepted, and parking is free.
