Certified personal trainers are available, and an Optishake machine sells drinks for before, during and after a workout.
Membership is handled online, and you get in with the mobile app, where you can also book a free equipment introduction with staff. Changing rooms have showers and lockers (bring your own padlock), and there is Wi-Fi. A visit usually takes 45 minutes to an hour and a half. There is an accessible toilet but no accessible parking.
