This gym at Länsikeskus in Turku is one of 25 in a Finnish chain. Its more than 1,000 m² hold over 150 training stations: machines, a large free-weight area with dumbbells up to 60 kg, six squat racks, treadmills, exercise bikes, steppers, cross-trainers and rowing machines. There is also a space for boxing workouts and functional training, plus a stretching area.
Memberships can be bought online or in the chain's app, which is also used to check in and track workouts. The gym instructor also offers personal training. Changing rooms have lockable lockers and showers, parking is free, and the entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
