This Turku yarn shop is in a historic former post office building and belongs to a chain with stores in Helsinki, Tampere and Oulu. Two rooms hold knitting and crochet yarns, needles, hooks, patterns, weaving yarns and macramé cords, and finished Norwegian sweaters are on display.
Staff help with the shop's own patterns and yarns. A free knitting meetup open to everyone is held about once a month with no need to register, and groups can book the shop's living-room space. The market square is about 400 m away and the railway station 1 km, with the Toriparkki and Louhi car parks nearby. The entrance is step-free, and yarn is also sold online.
