This Turku day care centre is one of the family-centred Sateenkaari Koto centres. It occupies an older neo-Renaissance stone building whose separate rooms allow small-group activities. Children are cared for up to pre-school age, pre-school education is provided for the City of Turku as a purchased service, and shift care is available.
The forest next door is visited almost daily, and outings include an adventure park, a football hall, a library, a theatre and a museum. There is also a plot in the Kupittaa allotment garden, and the centre follows the Green Flag (Vihreä lippu) programme. Parking and the entrance are accessible.
