This sports-focused day-care centre in Turku provides early childhood education and pre-primary teaching under the theme 'I grow, move and develop'. Children play every day, both guided and freely, indoors and outdoors, and practise maths, colours and letters in the forest. There are weekly outings, and older children take the bus to places such as museums or an ice rink.
Places are applied for online with a non-binding form, and the head contacts applicants within a week. Fees depend on care hours, family size and income. Families message staff through an app that also delivers weekly letters and photos. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.
