Founded in 1998, the non-profit association owns a company providing family-centred early childhood education. Its nurseries emphasise small groups, physical activity, excursions and nature, and all hold the Green Flag environmental certificate. The wider service range includes pre-primary education, shift care and language immersion.
The association also runs Yhteisöpiste Mustikka to support immigrant integration, rehabilitative work activities and projects for families. Volunteers receive training and professional guidance.
