Services include haircuts, hair colouring and beard care, from beard shaping and colouring to a razor shave with a facial massage and warm towels. There are dedicated cuts for children under 12 and for students, plus scalp massage, a K18 hair treatment and hair tattoos for short hair.
You join the queue online or through the chain's app, which shows the queue status and estimated waiting time, so there is no need to plan ahead. Every customer is offered a coffee or other hot drink. The parking area and entrance are step-free.
