The Turku laundry is one of three run by this textile care company, alongside sites in Kerava and Kotka. The company is mostly owned by Finnish wellbeing services counties, the regional bodies that organise health and social care. Some 400 people work across the company, with 24 native languages between them, and it aims to be carbon neutral by 2030.
Textile orders are placed through the Texportal online service, and work clothing is managed through the same login site. There is no accessible parking, and the entrance is not wheelchair accessible.
