This Turku caterer cooks for parties, business events and everyday meals, with a Scandinavian touch and fresh ingredients. Founder and head chef Pekka Laine started out in his family's catering firm in 1991 and ran his own business at the Kupittaa Pavilion from 2003 to 2011. On weekdays lunch is served at the Lehmusvalkama wellness centre, with a weekly changing menu, a salad bar and bread baked daily.
