Wilma Korhonen, a cognitive psychotherapist, runs this sole-trader practice in Turku for young people and adults, also drawing on dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT). She is a nurse with a bachelor's degree in health sciences. Clients come with issues such as anxiety, exhaustion, difficulty regulating emotions or relationship problems.
Sessions are held in person or by video, in Finnish or English. No diagnosis is needed to start therapy, and introductory visits are offered to those planning Kela-supported rehabilitative psychotherapy. Appointments are booked by email, and the aim is to reply within three days. The entrance is not wheelchair accessible, and paid street parking is nearby.
