This Viking-themed restaurant in Turku is the second-oldest in its chain in Finland, and its story began in March 1998. It is the smallest of the group's Viking villages, with an intimate feel. The menu features Nordic classics of meat, fish and cheese plus vegetarian dishes, served for sharing, and there is a special package for couples.
There are just over 100 seats, and the rooms are named after figures from Norse mythology: the central hall seats 40, the largest table area 46, and a private room takes 8 to 12. Tables are booked online, and group parties, including Christmas parties, are arranged. Children have their own menu and high chairs. The entrance is not wheelchair accessible.
