This Turku outdoor store, right next to IKEA, belongs to a Finnish chain founded in Turku in 1970, and with over 1,000 square metres it is one of the chain's largest. The clothing department has separate women's and men's sections, with gear for first-time hikers, seasoned fell walkers, city dwellers and sailors. There is also a footwear department, a large hiking equipment section and a ski department that opens for the winter season.
During the ski season the shop offers ski servicing. There is a dedicated car park in front, and the entrance and parking are step-free. The chain's Elämää Ulkona club offers outdoor guides as well as repair, recycling and rental services.
