The mental health association bases its activities on peer support and expertise gained through lived experience. It brings people recovering from mental health difficulties together through a low-threshold meeting place, peer groups and hobby clubs. Training and lived-experience expertise activities are also offered.
Members can take part in meal and peer support services, discussions, study activities, recreation and trips. The entrance and parking area are not wheelchair accessible.
