Run by an association founded in 2012, this performance art biennial continues the work of a festival held in 2012–2021. Activities include residencies, participatory community projects, workshops, interventions and co-productions with Finnish and international artists.
The office in Manilla cultural factory works with local arts partners. Audiences can take part through an ambassador programme and a performance club. International links include the Nordic-Baltic FRESH START programme and exchanges with Prague's Studio ALTA and Meet Factory. Communication is multilingual, including Swedish.
