This is a private restaurant company owned by the couple Carola and Tero Sintonen, who have long experience in the restaurant trade. About 120 people work in its kitchens, dining rooms and support functions. The restaurants in Nauvo and in the city centre serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, with concepts ranging from Scandinavian and Asian-inspired to French-style and modern Italian, plus café, bistro, bakery and bar formats.
Tables are booked directly with the restaurants, and gift cards are sold on the company website. In Nauvo, a restaurant on the river bank serves tapas and meals with wine and music. The group also runs guest harbours in Nauvo and in the city for visiting boats.
