Founded in 1970, the company designs and manufactures welding and production automation solutions for heavy fabrication industries, with over 50 years of experience in welding automation. Products include robotic welding stations, PEMA Skytrack, welding positioners, assembly and welding stations, columns and booms, and roller beds. It serves wind energy, heavy equipment, shipbuilding, general fabrication, offshore and process industries, and power generation.
Delivery can be turnkey, with Pemamek as main integrator, including remote support, training, installation supervision, maintenance and a helpdesk. Its automated welding machines run on in-house PEMA WeldControl software. According to its website, the large majority of output is exported, about 90%, and solutions have been delivered to over 15,000 customers worldwide.
