The parking operator's office is in Wiklund-keskus. Its underground garage has around 620 spaces, wide angled bays and one-way lanes. Designed as a zero-energy building, the garage also has a car wash and a Boxbox market.
Number plate recognition controls entry and exit. Pay with Moovy, EasyPark or ParkMan, or by card at a machine; EV charging uses VIRTA. Monthly contracts are available through Moovy. Height limits are 3 m on level 1 and 2.3 m on level 2, with a maximum vehicle length of 6 m and weight of 3 tonnes. The office entrance and car park are wheelchair accessible.
