This family bakery was founded in 1926 and is run by the fourth generation, brothers Jukka and Jani Hämäläinen. Its signature product since the beginning is the sourdough loaf, made with dough prepared in old oak barrels, and its French-style bread is also well known. More than 80 products are baked daily, including breads, buns and cakes.
The café and bakery shop sells fresh bread and pastries that can also be eaten on site. Everything is baked at the production bakery in Mustasaari, which supplies the company's other cafés too.
