The municipal theatre's smaller stage is part of a venue that also includes a main stage and a theatre café used for exhibitions. Refreshments, spaces for hire and theatre-hotel packages are available.
The main entrance has a ramp, the foyer an accessible toilet and the front yard an accessible parking space. Wheelchair places for the main stage are booked through the theatre's own box office; that auditorium also has a hearing loop. Lost property enquiries go to the box office. A cultural-friend volunteer scheme supports people who find attending alone difficult.
