This community-focused residence in Vantaa is the chain's first in the city. Its eight floors hold 322 furnished studios, from 15 m² mini studios for one to two-bedroom lofts for up to four, and the ground-floor studios have especially high ceilings. Every studio has a fully equipped kitchen and its own washing machine, and more than 400 m² of shared space includes a gym, sauna, and work and lounge areas.
Viewings are booked through an online calendar, and check-in and checkout use self-service points in the lobby. The train station is about 800 metres away, and Helsinki Airport is around 15 minutes by train. Wi-Fi and parking are free, and pets are welcome.
