This campus of flexible office spaces lies near Helsinki-Vantaa airport. Offices can be designed for hybrid work or collaboration, combined with production or showroom space, or fully customised. The HUB small-office area offers private offices for teams of up to 10 people with shared services. On site are the lunch restaurant MIN Aviapolis, two cafés and a self-service kiosk. The campus is LEED Gold certified and, according to the company's sustainability pages, uses 100% carbon-neutral electricity.
Campus services include reception, meeting rooms with catering, parking for cars and bicycles, a gym, a sauna and changing and shower rooms. Beauty and health services and office cleaning and maintenance are also offered. Ring III and the Tuusulanväylä road are close, with bus and train connections nearby. The car park and entrance are wheelchair accessible.
