Huberilan Portti is an office building whose third floor offers flexible office space from 251 to 1,539 m². The space can be split for one to eight users, with 20 to 100 workstations depending on the unit. The rental concept was created by Urban Partners, a Nordic real estate developer and investor.
The building holds LEED Gold certification and energy class A. Facilities include a gym, mechanical ventilation, parking, bicycle parking, showers, an electric car charging point and a lift. Aviapolis train station, the Jumbo shopping centre and Helsinki-Vantaa airport are nearby. Viewings can be booked through the website, and the car park and entrance are wheelchair accessible.
