This gym belongs to the Finnish EasyFit chain. The gym floor has cardio machines, Technogym strength equipment, a free weight area and a functional training zone. Group classes include strength, pilates and yoga and suit beginners. When the group room is free, a virtual class can be started from a screen.
Membership includes an online training library, and personal training plus training and nutrition programmes are also available remotely. Members get a free personal trainer consultation, an EasyStart introduction and a points-based reward programme. The changing rooms have electronic lockers, and there is free parking in front. The gym is in the Rekola shopping centre.
