This family-run gym in the Havukoski area has been operating for over 20 years. It covers 800 m² in total: about 600 m² of gym floor and 200 m² of social areas. There are around 150 training stations and over 40,000 kg of free weights, with cardio equipment such as exercise bikes, cross trainers and rowing machines, plus functional and crossfit areas with ropes and sled push and pull equipment.
Staff guide members on equipment use, and gym programmes and personal training are offered. Children are welcome, and a childcare area is available for ages 3 to 7. A men's sauna and a women's infrared sauna can be used at set times. Memberships can be bought online through the gym's app, with 24/7 access options. Online bank payments, Visa and MasterCard are accepted, as are sports-benefit vouchers such as Smartum, ePassi and Edenred. The car park, entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
