Self-service machines wash clothes, household textiles and rugs, with a cycle taking about half an hour. Soft rugs go in washing machines, while hard-backed rugs use a flat-bed machine. Tumble dryers and lockable drying cabinets are used for drying.
No appointment is needed: use a machine when it is free. Fill it, close the door and choose a programme before paying. Payment is by card or the chain's app, which also stores receipts. Unscented detergent is used.
