The self-service laundry washes clothes, household textiles and rugs. The chain's wash cycle takes about half an hour. Soft rugs go in washing machines, while hard-backed rugs use a flat-bed machine; tumble dryers and lockable drying cabinets are used for drying. Unscented detergent is used.
No appointment is needed: use a machine when it is free. Load it, close the door and select a programme before paying. Payment is by card or through the chain's app, which stores receipts.
