Housed in the former main library beside the city hall, this exhibition space is shared by the local artists' association and the art museum. Founded in 1994, the association of professional visual artists produces half of its annual exhibitions.
The art lending service lets visitors borrow works by association members for display. The entrance, car park and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
