This sports club offers recreational and competitive gymnastics, dance and acrobatics. Recreational groups need no previous experience. Competitive options include team gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics and dance. Adult dance-style gymnastics and acrobatics, family exercise and adapted rhythmic gymnastics are also available.
Registration uses myClub. Most training takes place in schools, daycare facilities and a rented hall. The club holds trial lessons, camps and performances and has national Star Club recognition for children's and youth activities.
