Run by a network of local associations, the civic centre provides associations with meeting rooms, training, technical help and communication services. The network has around 74 member organisations in culture, sport, migration, youth and social and healthcare fields. The building also houses a city residents' space.
Associations and residents can receive digital guidance and multilingual group advice. Work trials, internships and subsidised jobs support people facing employment difficulties. The entrance and car park are wheelchair accessible.
