The hotel and furnished apartments occupy a historic building from 1930. It was a post office until the late 1980s, then a music school, and was bought and renovated from 2017 before becoming an autonomous self-service hotel in 2020. Around twenty paintings by the artist Unski Immonen hang in the rooms and corridors, and he is also the building's artist-caretaker.
The building has 17 furnished rooms and apartments, and there are more than 50 furnished apartments in the wider area. Self-service check-in works around the clock with a key code. Parking is free, with space for heavy vehicles, trailers and vans. Guests can use a shared kitchen, laundry facilities, a courtyard terrace and a gas grill. Monthly and longer stays are available on flexible contracts, and companies can be invoiced. Breakfast is not served, pets are not welcome and the building is not wheelchair accessible.
