Housed in the former railway station, this lunch restaurant is a dog-friendly café that its website calls the official dog café, with guest dogs welcome all year. Most food is made in-house as far as possible, and breads and pastries are baked on site. The house rye bread is baked in a wood-fired oven, and the bread starter is said to be over 100 years old. The station opened to regular passenger traffic in 1914.
The venue offers celebrations, lunch, catering and meeting services, and cakes and other pastries can be ordered. It can host public events as well as private celebrations, and special diets are taken into account carefully. For transport, flowers and photography it works with partner companies. Owner Taru Tolvanen bought the building in 2008, and it is also her home and workplace. Seating, parking area, entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
