This second-generation family farm grows organic strawberries, potatoes, peas, oats, rye and faba beans in rotation. Strawberry plants are propagated from the farm's own runners and planted in autumn. The main variety, Polka, suits fresh eating and freezing. Potato varieties include Timo and Annabella, with Avola and Onward peas.
Pea sowing and harvesting are staggered to keep fresh peas available until October. Produce is sold at the local market square and outside shops in the area.
