The South Ostrobothnian Leader group funds local development projects and investments by businesses, associations and other organisations. Its area also covers Kuortane, Soini and Ähtäri. It supports rural development expertise, local cooperation and exchanges of experience between regions.
Funding applications are handled through the Hyrrä online system. Individuals can become members, receive a newsletter and take part in training. International cooperation includes Erasmus+ youth exchanges. Accessible parking is available.
