The non-profit association runs community groups for people recovering from mental health problems. Three communities serve adults aged 30–67, young adults aged 18–29 and a mixed group aged 18–40. Members jointly plan everyday chores, activity groups, theme days and excursions.
Participation can be arranged for one to five days a week on a personal schedule. No prior skills are required. Support comes from a multidisciplinary team, peer instructors and each community's responsible instructor. Activities are religiously and politically non-aligned. The office is in a shopping centre.
