Founded in 1933, this electrical and telecom contractors' association represents member companies and provides technical, legal, business and employment advice. Members build and maintain electrical and telecom networks, lighting, heating, lifts and safety systems.
Subsidiary Sähköinfo supplies professional training, magazines, books and reference tools. SETI acts as an impartial conformity assessment body. The association publishes Sähkömaailma magazine and holds an annual contractors' seminar and autumn general meeting. Regional branches and committees also support its work.
